The Brief: Argent Related (The property developer behind the transformation of Kings Cross) were looking to raise awareness about their new project in the heart of Tottenham Hale. Argent wanted to keep relations strong with the current community but also to raise awareness about the exciting future of the area… all while selling their new properties.
The Solution: Having worked closely with the Mayor Of London’s office on a similar project, we knew the key to success would be integrating and the people and places that make Tottenham Hale special into the films. Working collaboratively with the locals, we identified a long list of hidden gems in the area, this became the backbone of the main creative…an A-Z of Tottenham Hale. We also made a second film tailor made to sell the first phase of the build, this was visually led so it could be easily translated for foreign markets.
Why It Mattr’d: Argent Loved the ‘A-Z’ concept so much they ended up commissioning it to run throughout their entire branding activities from their website to print. As a result, not only do Argent now have stronger relations with the locals in the community, they gained amazing external exposure on the likes of the Londonist, The Evening standard and Financial times.
