The challenge:

Argent Related, world famous for reimagining urban areas like Kings Cross, were looking to raise awareness about their new project in the heart of Tottenham Hale. As a developer focused on social as well as economic value, they want to do something which celebrated the vibrant community at its heart, not just the properties they were building.

The Solution:

Having worked closely with the Mayor Of London’s office on a similar project, we knew the key to success would be integrating the people and places that make Tottenham Hale special into the films. Working collaboratively with the locals, we identified a long list of hidden gems in the area, which soon became the backbone of the creative… an A-Z of Tottenham Hale. We then brought on board our digital PR partners at Viral Seeding to help ensure the content was shared by relevant tastemaker sites.

The films generated visitor numbers that exceeded our expectations and directly generated apartment buyer registrations. The team was great to collaborate with, personable as well as focussed, the end result captures what we love about Tottenham Hale!

the impact:

The campaign smashed it- featured in the likes of the Londonist, The Evening standard and Financial times and the concept was so ‘sticky’ the ‘A-Z’ concept became the backbone to the clients entire branding activities from their website to print campaigns.

Why It Mattr’d:

Because we approached this with a real focus on tapping into the real communities in the area, Argent now have stronger relations with the locals and have gained amazing internal and external exposure because of this.
