The Brief: How can you create a piece of content which links and celebrates the UK’s leading urban spoken word artists in the build up to BBC Radio 1Xtras Words First concert?
The solution: In just 3 weeks, we worked closely with BBC Radio 1Xtra's marketing team to create a short film with 5 spoken word artists from across the country performing original pieces all on one theme: 'What are you searching for?'.
Why it Mattr’d: The film became a multi platform communication tool for TV and online to generate buzz and conversation around the subject matter 'What are you searching for?'. The filming technique allowed us to create multiple versions such as individual tracks, social cut downs as well as a montage.
