The Brief: How does an Estate Agency become the local source of knowledge in a brand new neighbourhood?

The Solution: We encouraged our client to create a film by the people, about the people, for the people and to then distribute it via local film festivals and local digital press and publications. Together, we found thought leaders in the community who would be the basis of the film.

Why it Mattr’d: The film tapped into the local community and created lasting relationships with the very people the client was trying to connect with. The format we created was a template the client could replicate to reach out to their local community in branches across the UK.
