As a startup, we had never done a video-related project before but Mattr was fantastic in terms of setting expectations, managing stakeholders and coordinating the entire project and meeting the deadline.

The Solution:

Working alongside the team at Fixter we drilled down into the reasons people LOVE their product… and the things they HATE about typical car repair. Using these insights we created an emotionally led script with dashing of relatable humour. We created two versions of the film, to tap into Fixter’s two most popular services: MOTs and Services. With socially optimised versions to boot!

Fixter (The startup on a mission to make car repair fair and stress free) were on a mission to grow the customer base. The marketing team already had their SEO, click funnels and landing pages in place but to truly capture and convert these new customers video would be key. They needed something which brought to life their product and why its needed… all with bags of Fixter character!

Why It Mattr’d:

To give our lovely client maximum bang for their buck we created a script based in a single location with only one hero cast member meaning we could capture everything in one shoot day. From this single shoot we created a whopping 8 videos including COVID-safe versions… ‘for these unprecedented times’!

Plus, beyond the customer acquisition drive the videos are now proving an effective tool for investor meetings for the next step in Fixters exciting growth!
