We’re looking for an aspiring project manager/producer who is eager to get immersed into a business that wants to create content for the greater good.

Are you a self starting, quick thinker and proactive person that wants grow their skills in managing the pre-production, production and post production process?

Do you want to work in a young, growing team of people who will give you guidance, integrate you into the team and give you the autonomy lead projects?

If so then our three month internship is just for you!

 

We’re a small team that believes in scrubbing in, so we're looking for you to get involved in all aspects of the business so you’re fully exposed to the different roles your future might hold. We’d be looking for your support in the following areas:

Pre production - We’ve had a great start to the year and with that we’ve got a lot of pitches productions we need help with managing. This will involve: making timing plans, booking kit and crew, managing budgets, sourcing locations, cast, props and all things shoot related. We really need a good planner to help on this. 

Production - We’d love to have you on set with us where possible, don’t worry if you haven’t managed productions on set before you can come along and learn the ropes as well as seeing productions come to life (it’s where all the fun happens!). If you’ve already managed productions on set there may even be opportunities for you to manage shoots with our Head of Creative.

Post Production - We’ll also need you to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and post production prep is in place. With this you’ll get to oversea the edit right through to final delivery and even have some work to add to your portfolio.

New Business support - Our Senior Account Manager Stef is looking for a helping hand when it comes to new business tasks. We’ve been working on some really exciting projects like interviews with brands and putting on our own events. But with that comes a lot of planning so we’d need your help with collating and sending emails, sourcing speakers, planning interviews, working at the event and supporting with follow ups. 

 

Requirements

  • A hungry appetite for getting involved in different parts of the business 

  • Brilliant organisational and project management skills 

  • Knowledge and proven experience on the production process

  • Nice to haves: Driving license, contacts with crew and kit, knowledge on managing budgets

 

What we’ll cover: We’ll be covering all food and travel expenses. And don’t worry we won’t expect you to cash flow any expenses for shoots etc. We’ll make sure you’re always covered!

But most importantly you’ll be working with a team of honest people who want to help you develop and grow your skills, knowledge and portfolio. There will be no endless coffee runs and constant photocopying in our office for you, this is an amazing opportunity for you to get exposure to industry contacts and a potential job offer with the team at the end of the process if you wow us with your skills!*

We’re looking for a creative film maker who is eager to get immersed into the world of film content.

Are you a self starter, ideas generator and proactive person that wants to learn the ropes of pitches, pre-production, production and post production?

Can you already film, edit and you’re looking for an opportunity to put those skills to use?

Do you want to work in a young, growing team of people who believe in creating quality work that can make difference? Whether that be to change perceptions, improve society or help grow new challenger brands. 

If so then our three month internship is just for you!

 

We’re a small team that believes in scrubbing in, so we're looking for you to get involved in all aspects of the business so you’re fully exposed to the different roles your future might hold. We’d be looking for your support in the following areas:

Creative Process - You’ll get involved in creatively responding to pitches working closely with Senior Content Producer and Head Of Creative at Mattr.Media. Helping with presentation preparation and creating mood films to help win projects!We’d also like you to be involved with creating social media content, whether that be for our clients or our owned channels. So a knowledge on Instagram and Facebook would be useful!

Pre-Production - Ahead of shoots, we’ll also be looking for someone to help manage and prepare kit, learning details of equipment and what is needed for different levels of creative briefs. 

Production - When there is a live film project on, we’ll be looking for hands on attitude to help on productions. This could be managing sound, DIT, capturing BTS, lighting or being an on set runner, we can always do with an extra pair of hands! And of course you get to be part of making epic work as well as having something to add to your portfolio.

Post Production - We’ve got a number of projects that we’d love for you to edit. Brand films, interview series and event films that we need your help with pulling together. This is a great opportunity for you to develop your editing skills and create content to be used to help grow Mattr.Media as a business and for future clients. 

 

Requirements:

  • A proven ability and understanding of lighting, sound, shooting and video editing (experience on Sony Alpha cameras and Adobe Premier Pro would be a plus!).

  • A hungry appetite to get involved in all areas of the business.

  • A good knowledge on social media and online content.

  • A good team working attitude, and a lover of Home Slice pizza.

  • Being based in London zones 1-6 (we are based in Old street, so we wouldn't want you traveling too far!)

  • Nice to haves: Own kit and driving license
